Pâques, le temps pour tsoureki

Όπως και περισυ, έτσι και φέτος η Αργώ προσφέρει παραδοσιακά τσουρέκια για το Πάσχα – και τις λιγότερο παραδοσιακές εκδοχές τους :

All our pastries are fresh and homemade, made by our chef pâtissier on the spot! They go together well with our quality coffees; espresso, cappuccino or latte, they are all of very high quality.

Ravani is a traditional cake, very typical in Northern Greece, basically made of semolina dressed in syrup. There are several variations with orange flower water, rose water, coconut or lemon. It came to us from Turkey, while the origins lay back in the Middle East ~ its Middle Eastern cousin is called Basbousa.
